IMPORTANT CLINIC UPDATE

Happy New and Best Year to you All. I hope this message finds you as well as can be.


As you are likely aware, we’ve made some BIG changes at Hush. Expanding and Rebranding as HUSH REJUVENATION CLINIC to offer more services and treatments, while delivering the same consistent care and honesty, has always been a dream of mine - and now it’s finally happening.


As I continue to elevate the service our team brings, I wanted to inform you about some important updates in the way we communicate with you. This will ensure continued confidentiality and efficiency in serving you.

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.


For all after hour emergencies, you may reach me at . This is my personal number and meant to be for emergency complications or urgent medical advice regarding your recent or previous treatments at Hush.


Non urgent messages will be addressed during business hours.

To maintain confidentiality and streamline communication, we kindly ask that you NO LONGER TEXT or CALL specific team members directly. As the owner and operator, I have made specific changes to allow for my personal number to be used to contact, but no longer will the rest of the team be available on their personal devices.


Instead, all inquiries, schedule changes, product orders, non urgent matters or questions should be directed to the clinic’s main line or email. Messages will be promptly answered within 1-2 business days.

Please refrain from messaging practitioners directly about schedule changes or product orders. Work Life balance is a huge component to the health and wellness of our team - they work hard and deserve a break. Time away from work is for them to recharge and rest.


INSTAGRAM and FACEBOOK will no longer be an acceptable form of communication, and will NOT be answered - all questions please, please, please send to the above contact details.


OUR LOCKED DOOR IS NOW OPEN !!!! We have hired a Wonderful, New Clinic Concierge (Rachel will be introduced soon) to allow for Clients to FINALLY enjoy the comfort and luxury of our clinic’s spaces. Please enter in the front door at 687 Gardiners Rd - Suite 5 and enjoy our comfortable couch, chairs, a fresh cup of coffee, tea, or beverages and settle in and relax before your appointment. Our Clinic Concierge, Rachel will greet you and see that you are taken care of from start to finish. Another way I am seriously elevating our practice.

Simply Open the Doors, Remove your Shoes, put on our Comfy Slippers and Wait


After hour appointments, the doors will also remain OPEN - so Same Same - Have a seat and wait.


I appreciate your understanding as we implement these changes to serve you better. It will be an adjustment, I understand - we will keep gently reminding you should this new information slip your mind. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
